Privacy and cookies
What this site records while you read it, who receives any of it, and what to press to change your mind.

Until you say yes, nothing optional runs
When you first arrive you’ll see a short notice asking whether we may use two optional tools. Nothing from either runs until you say yes. If you say no, or say nothing, the site works the same.
One cookie needs no answer: Cloudflare, which guards this site, sets __cf_bm for 30 minutes to tell people from bots.
Once you’ve chosen, one cookie of our own, misia_consent, remembers what you decided. It holds your choice, the date, and which version of the notice you answered. It lasts six months, then we ask again. If we change this page in a way that matters, we ask again sooner.
You can change your mind at any time. Press here, or in the footer of any page, and the notice reopens with your current choices shown.
What we collect, and why

Your name, work email, firm and message, or for the scorecard or the example firm’s report your work email alone; the six answers to the scorecard; and the page you sent it from, the time and your IP address. Only if you say yes
Anything typed into a form is masked before Clarity records it. Microsoft’s terms allow it to use what Clarity collects to improve its own products. We have not turned on Google’s advertising features.
What you send us
A confirmation goes back to the address you gave. For the scorecard it is your scorecard and the example firm’s report, as PDFs; from the demo, the example firm’s report. A summary goes to our Teams channel, so a person picks it up, usually within a working day.
If you write to hello@misia.ai we keep your message for as long as we need it to reply and follow up.
Who else gets it, and where
Nobody beyond the companies named above: WP Engine, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and Resend, each for the purpose described. We don’t sell information about visitors, share it for advertising, or add you to any list because you wrote to us.
Any of them may process what it receives outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer relies on the UK’s adequacy regulations, the UK-US data bridge among them, or on contract clauses the UK has approved.
Your rights
Email hello@misia.ai to ask us what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to stop using it, or for a copy. We’ll acknowledge within a working day and answer within a month.
