Sam Mileham

Sam is the person the founders come to when something needs to happen, not just be decided.

At Misia that has meant building the content and go-to-market materials from scratch, shaping how the company talks about Cost Analytics to each audience, and joining up strategy, engineering and the outside world. Sam also runs the operations behind them: processes, automation, administration, enterprise architecture and this website.

Sam’s background is in project controls: the cost, schedule and reporting discipline that tells a project where its money is going, and whether it will land on budget. Cost Analytics brings that discipline to AI spend.

Sam writes about adoption: which AI seats a firm uses, which it pays for and nobody opens, and what to do about the difference before a renewal.

Away from work, you will find Sam on a padel court.
